Welcome to the Osage Nation Sex Offender Registry Website. Osage Nation Sex Offender Registry, is maintained by the Osage Nation Police Department, which provides public information on sex offenders required to register pursuant to section 113(a)of SORNA (codified @ 42 U.S.C. subsection 16911). Section 113(a) applies to any sex offender working, is a student,or resides within the Osage Nation jurisdiction. A sex offender will be required to register with the Osage Nation Police Department within 3 business days, pursuant to section 111 of SORNA.
